The individual I will be introducing to you partnered with me over 3 years ago and together we built several online companiestogether. One of online affiliate companies thatwe developed grew to over 50,000 reps in less than one year. I am proud to not only call this man a business partner but also a dear friend. I trust him with my life. This is a marriage made in Heaven and everyone who has a position in PrivatePage or Bank MLM are going to have a difficult time sleeping tonight after the details are revealed of this merge. Thank you Brad. Brad has been a tremendous partner and friend thru out our time in business together.I cannot say enough about him and his wonderful family.Today, I have been asked to introduce myself to the Private Page & Bank MLM members and I can say that I was nervous at first. It is always achallenge when you are asked to begin dialogue with a new team especially teams of this size but I never back down from a challenge and the reception from so many of you has been great.Before I get on to some announcements I feel it is important that you know a little bit about me.

I want everyone to know that I am a hands-on CEO. I literally respond to hundreds of emails every day and I enjoy every minute of it. I am a CEO who grew up as a C-Minus student. I spent over 12 years in the MLM industry, made my mistakes, learned from them and am grateful for every experience I had in my time in the industry.

Because I spent so much time in the field I truly know what the people want (you). I have been an advocate for the distributor for a long time nowand I promise I will always have your bestinterests in mind. This merge is a win/win foreveryone. When I was approached with the opportunity to lead this merge I had to spend a lot of time evaluating before I made the decision.You see, I am the CEO of an affiliate company that has grown to over 50,000 people and the people within that company are counting on me to make the right decisions.

I have deep rooted relationships with thousands of the people in my company so I had to think from their perspective first. After several trips to Florida and New York, it was becoming apparent that this was the right thing to do. Little did I know that multiple companies would be joining after us. The shear scope of my responsibility was not realized until now(Pause)...

Today I can say that I welcome this challenge andI am looking forward to sharing with you as I have my own 50,000 affiliates. I can share THOUSANDS of emails that I have gotten from my people over the years that would show you my character however as we all know, the internet can be good and bad. I have had my share of people that they and I just did not mix. I will tell you from the start that I am not perfect. I am a man who will admit when he is wrong and do everything to make it right but Iam also a person who will never mislead you.

I will not "HYPE to make a buck." Additionally, I will not ask anyone to do what I would not do(this comes from my military training). There is much more to share and I will be giving everyone a page where they can read a longer bio of me. Please understand that this bio is not written to "impress" you rather to "Impress upon you" my passion for what I do and my commitment to helping people maximize their potential.

A VERY important point I would like to make is that the people that have joined before you (Over 50,000) that are part of my company (Cashflowpc and Vortex) are highly trained and ready to take action. You may be asking yourself "what does good does that do me?"My answer is ACTIVITY. My people come with an ability to enroll (as a team) over 500 people perday (REAL PEOPLE). Because the structure of this company is the way it is, you stand to benefit from their spill over.

I will introduce you to aspecial group of 50 people who developed into 50,000 people very soon. You will meet thesepeople and see that most of them are VERY average at best and had no knowledge of how to grow an online team before they started working with me. Iwill not "strut" them out in front of you to brag but to show you the possibilities when a real system is in place. I have a lot to cover on this call and because it will be transcribed into an email, I am going to cover some important details now. For you who are reading this email, I will ask for confirmation that you read this transcript so I can place you on my special team roster.

Here are some things that I have verified with the company. I am being very conservative in my estimates on some of these figures I am going topresent. If it turns out that I am off by a few thousand please forgive me:

Point #1-------- Each of you who are listening to this call orreading the transcript will begin with 25,000 people or more in your power leg when the genealogy transfers take place

Point #2-------- Most of you will start with five's, ten's to hundreds and some of you will even have several thousand people in your 2 X 10 Matrix when the genealogy transfer takes place.

Point #3 --------I would like to thank the officers of the companyand of course the board for this one. The opportunity/portal is going to cost this group nothing (100% free) nor will it cost the 50,000+ that I brought to the company either. No enrollment or "sign up" fee.
The company was very lenient on this.

Point #4 -------- This project/opportunity is 100%customer driven and is structured in such a way that the "Fish" come nibbling on our hooks before the hook even hits the water. I like to use analogies and I cannot think of a better one since I have already beta tested this project with a few generic databases. This programis going to become the hottest thing online and fast.

Point #5--------Everyone is instantly qualified to receivepersonal retail commissions. Their will be more details on this in an email I will send real soon.

Point #6--------This is one of my favorite points I will maketoday and this is due to my experience in theindustry. Most of you will understand this but foryou who do not, do not worry because you will find out why this is so great soon enough. Here it is. All a person will have to do on this team to begin receiving down line & management commissions is haveTHREE (just 3) $14.95 retail customers.

I have worked programs where you had to have 5 people oreven 20 people at $100 per month. This is going to be very simple. I call it "RATED E" for easy. Oh,by the way, YOU will count as one of the customers so to find 2 people is going to be simple. It will be my job to make it simple so do not worry, nobody will be left behind.

Point #7--------The site will open for business NEXT week between Monday and Thursday. By the way,commissions are going to be REAL TIME. I have seen the programming and process and I can tell you thateveryone is going to be more than satisfied

Point #8--------There is going to be something called "Management Commissions." I am not going to go into detail about amounts here but I will tell you that NOBODYis going to want to NOT get them. All ANYONE on this team will have to do to be qualified for them is have 3 customers at the $14.95 and they will be on board and qualified.

There is much more to cover but I am waiting for official corporate memorandums in order to speak about them.It is late and I am going to wrap it up but before I do, I want to make sure everyone understands a few things.

First, I cannot stress enough the importance of "lining up" 2 or 3 people BEFORE this launch takes place. For goodness gracious we are only talking about 3 customers at $14.95. Remember, EVERYONE (including you) is getting $150 reward dollars at no cost at the start of this. Your CUSTOMERS who get on board to start are getting $150 reward dollars to start and NO sign up fee.

Remember, EVERY TIME your $14.95 subscription runs you get an additional $150 reward points credited to youraccount. This is exciting because they will ACCUMULATE (add up) and you can use them when you want towards THOUSANDS of different things (NOT JUST TRAVEL).

This is a no brainer and your 3 customers that you line up before the launch need to know that this $14.95 gives them HUGE buying power. Do not limit the people that you line up to just business builders! People who HATE networkmarketing or affiliate marketing are going to get on board here. Put it this way, my ATTORNEY who HATES MLM joined today and so did my CPA. They were like "$14.95 is nothing, I spend that at lunch for McDonalds."

They were excited that the$150 reward dollars "ROLL OVER" every month like cell phone minutes. Just want you to know that I am actively building also. Remember, I will NEVER ask you to do something that I would not do myself. I am pleased that the company also integrated a sort of "14 day cool down period." In other words, once your customer gets on the $14.95 they have 14 days to cancel if they want. This is something that most subscription based programs do not do.

In closing this call I want to say that I KNOW everything may not be clear to you yet. It is 100%ok if that is the case but understand something. We have everything in place as a team. I bring Millions of people spread out over hundreds of databases that I own and a good number of these people will be placed somewhere. Why not under you?

Before we get into that though, I want you to do your part. Get THREE (3) people including yourself ready for the launch. Think about it...$14.95. $14.95 is something the masses can handle and all you need is 3 and that includes you.

I have no doubt that the 50,000 people I brought tothe table are going to have 3 immediately. We have prepared for this moment for over 2 years. Theiris not doubt in my mind that the people of Private Page and BANK MLM can do it also.
